Something else worth mentioning today I think. For some reason, yesterday I was quite busy. I skipped going to life drawing to practice 3d work. I was busy with so e other stuff for the rest if the day and then I went to bed.
I awoke this morning after a good sleep and it dawned on me, I didnt draw anything yesterday.
You see, back on January 1st, 2017, I made a commitment to try and draw every single day, even just a few lines. Up until yesterday, I had succeeded.
So, thus marks the end if my daily drawing spree. 601 days...
I think from now on, when I'm going to draw, I'll do it in a more organized way. I'm sure I will have moments of inspiration where I need to draw something and will but for other times, I'll set some time apart, have a plan and get it done.
I found that some of the last 601 days I really didnt want to draw but just would anyways because of my commitment. So then I would just draw something shitty 9r just some random crap. Not real study. It was really a waste if time to be honest.
So, in a way, I'm glad it's over cause it was kind of becoming a burden. I'm excited for more focused study in 2D as well as 3D moving forward.
Anyways, that's all. Figured I would mark the occasion on here. Take it easy!
